Abhee Ventures, a Bengaluru-based real estate developer, has outlined its ongoing and planned residential developments across multiple micro-markets in the city, supported by sustained demand for premium housing and expanding infrastructure corridors. The expansion strategy reflects leadership of Managing Director R Nagaraj Reddy, who has guided its expansion from early-stage residential projects to a diversified portfolio comprising high-rise developments, integrated townships and villa communities.
Established Presence Across Key Residential Corridors
Abhee Ventures currently has a presence across several Bengaluru micro-markets, including Sarjapur, Whitefield, Hennur, Hebbal, Electronic City, Chandapura and Bellary Road. These locations have witnessed residential demand supported by proximity to employment hubs, infrastructure upgrades and connectivity improvements. The company indicated that its expansion strategy aligns with these growth corridors, where land availability and buyer demand continue to shape development activity.
Current Portfolio: Scale and Typology
The developer's existing residential pipeline spans diverse housing formats. Abhee Celestial City is a high-rise residential project on the Sarjapur–Whitefield Road corridor, featuring multi-storey apartment towers. The project comprises 5 towers and offers 1017 residential units, including 1 BHK, 2 BHK, 2.5 BHK, 3 BHK, 3.5 BHK, 4.5 BHK, with unit sizes ranging from 420 to 1625 Square feet across a total area of 12.19 Acre for Abhee Aaria in Gunjur.
Abhee Serenity Springs is located near the Electronic City metro corridor and spans 4.5 acres, offering mid-sized apartment configurations and shared recreational infrastructure. In the plotted development segment, Abhee Tranquila is being developed over 20 acres along the Sarjpur-Attibele Road, comprising villa plots supported by common amenities and infrastructure.
The 45-Acre Township: Planned Development at Gunjur
In addition to its existing portfolio, Abhee Ventures is planning a 45-acre township project on the Whitefield-Sarjpur Road corridor. The development is expected to include residential units ranging from 2 to 4.5 BHK configurations, along with integrated amenities such as a private lake, a golf course and community infrastructure.
The township has been designated Codename New Dimension, planned as a Scottish-themed residential township featuring wellness-focused infrastructure, landscaped open spaces and integrated lifestyle amenities. The company said the township will follow a low-density planning model with approximately 85% open spaces and more than 140 recreational and lifestyle amenities. Key planned features include a 3-acre golf driving range, a man-made lake, landscaped green zones inspired by Scottish topography and four clubhouses spread across more than 1.5 lakh sq ft.
The residential component will comprise 35-storey towers offering a mix of 2 BHK, 2.5 BHK, 3 BHK, 3.5 BHK and 4.5 BHK apartments. The project is currently in the conceptualisation stage and will be launched in multiple phases over the coming months.

R Nagaraj Reddy, Founder and Managing Director of Abhee Ventures, stated that East Bengaluru has witnessed significant transformation in recent years, particularly in micro-markets driven by technology employment hubs and infrastructure expansion. He added that locations such as Gunjur are seeing increasing demand for large integrated residential communities that offer lifestyle-oriented living environments beyond conventional apartment projects.
The project site is strategically located within the Gunjur micro-market, which has emerged as a key residential cluster due to its connectivity to Whitefield, Sarjapur Road, the Outer Ring Road IT corridor, International Tech Park Bengaluru (ITPL) and the EPIP zone. The development is also expected to benefit from upcoming infrastructure projects in the region, including the suburban rail network, the proposed Peripheral Ring Road, the planned SWIFT City development.

Established in 2009, the company has completed over 25 projects over the past 16 years and continues to focus on apartment and plotted developments.
